Eat & Drink in Cotignac

Cotignac has many good restaurants and bars both around Cours Gambetta (the plaza) and in the nearby vine yards. We especially enjoy these:

Brasserie Café du Cours - a broad selection of French and Provençal food including oysters, a really good steak with pepper sauce and some excellent ravioli with truffle.

Restaurant Hôtel du Cours - a broad menu with traditional Provençal dishes (try the daube de boeuf). 

Les Clos des Vignes - a very nice restaurant in the middle of the wine yard a few minutes drive south of Cotignac.

Modern Bar - drink with the locals and eat Moules Frites every Friday (remember to make reservation).

Le Tailleur de Bière - Cotignacs micro brewery serving La Tuf beer in an old hotel laundry.
